Do you sometimes wonder what dance is about? Our BEE dance events are designed to pollinate your curiosity and knowledge about dance, movement & performance. Each BEE dance will be centered around a particular question and include conversation, demonstration and participation facilitated by a Boston dance professional.
BEE’s are FREE opportunities for all who wish to learn more about the ways we can recognize movement’s meaning, especially as an audience.. With BEE’s being approximately 1 hour long and happening before one of The Dance Complex’s Fall Performance Series performances, BEE participants are encouraged to stick around for the show to watch with fresh eyes and new perspective. Come join us for a pre-show beverage (the bar will be open!), interesting conversation and some movement to end the weekend on a buzzing note.
Sunday October 15th 5:30 - 6:30 with Peter DiMuro
Sunday November 5th 5:30 - 6:30 with Jody Weber
Sunday December 10th 5:30 - 6:30 with Olivier Besson
Space is limited. Reservations recommended ONLINE
Attend the BEE dance before Route 95 Dances, and a drink to enjoy during the show is on us!
