one-week dance intensive is lead by the critically
acclaimed Daniel Charon of Doug Varone & Dancers.

Cantor, modern technique & repertory classes with
Daniel Charon, and Butoh class with Alissa Kardone

of your hand. There is no stripping in this class
the emphasis is on how to make every move count,
how to own an entrance and exit, and command attention.
Perfect for shy people, new and seasoned performers,
men and women, and dancers AND non dancers. Even
if Burlesque is not your thing you will learn
how to use sex appeal, comedy, drama and poise
that can be translated into any type of performance.

CIn this special
summer workshop, dancers will learn the basic rhythms and techniques
of Irish "hard-shoe" step daingin. Steps will include
traditional Irish reels, jigs, and hornpipes. Some dance expereince
is helpful, but not required. This class is sponsored by Kieran
Jordan and will be taught by Tara Mullen Rousseau. Please wear
shoes with a smooth hard sole. Workshop fee is: $85, pre-registration
