Join us for Walking the Talk, a day-and-a-half gathering to foster dialogue on artistic and creative voice and issues related to access and agency in the ecology of dance.
As part of our ongoing Learning To Walk The Talk Series, which began in 2022, The Dance Complex is committed to addressing community needs around equity, access, and agency in dance through facilitated dialogues and workshops. Initially launched as semi-monthly 75-minute conversations, the series has evolved into Walking the Talk, a new day-and-a-half format in response to feedback from our communities. This event will bring dancers, choreographers, presenters, audience members, and funders together to engage in open dialogue and deep reflection.
Cost: This event is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, in line with our mission to make dance as accessible as possible.
