| What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching?
Found all over the globe, ecstatic dance is a freeform movement performed in a safe space without stress, words, or phones. The focus is on the present moment and being surrounded by others who are there to dance and be themselves. Ecstatic dances are sober events and all-ages friendly. Ecstatic dance DJ sets span a wide variety of genres, tempos, and emotions. |

I have been hosting and DJing ecstatic dances for 4 years. |
