Let’s Talk About It is a show presented by Tess Saoirse Dance Company and Collective Moments Dance Company that focuses on topics that simply need to be talked about more. Each piece and act operates as an individual within the larger work. Tess and Kaylee have spent the better part of two years collaborating on excerpts from this show within the local New England dance community. Originally meeting through the Dance Complex’s aMaSSiT 2022 program, Tess and Kaylee look forward to continuing their professional collaborations. What better way to celebrate these collaborations than in the space where it all started? So, let’s talk about it.

About the Artists:

Collective Moments Dance Company strives to advocate for mental health awareness for ourselves and the community through all our work. We create safe spaces for collective exploration and expression of individuality throughout our choreography, movement and projects.

Tess Saoirse Dance Company was founded to create a space for dancers looking to create individualized pieces that reflect their athletic and artistic goals. By opening the space for dancers to share their comfort levels with costuming, physical touch in dance, and/or piece content, TSDC hopes to decrease the spaces where dancers feel as though in order to dance they must compromise their values.
