Choreographing, teaching, and researching, Jessica Roseman (she/her) examines how movement reveals and supports memory, identity, and wellness. A mother and PhD student in Interdisciplinary Design and Media at Northeastern University, she founded and directs NOURISH, a somatic practice rooted in care, belonging, and embodied awareness with ourselves, others, and the environment. Drawing on the Feldenkrais® and GYROTONIC® Methods, and therapeutic massage, her solo dance performances reclaim the unspoken truths of our lives, while honoring the wisdom of a maturing body. As a New England States Touring Artist, she performs, teaches, mentors, and lectures nationally.
