What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching?
Ballet is a beautiful and graceful art form. It is a great study for all dancers to improve power, isolation skills and expression.
What background, training, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?
Liz Lapuh has a BA in Dance and an MFA in choreography from the Boston Conservatory. She has taught at Harvard, MIT and the Boston Conservatory and was head of the Dance Program in the Performing Arts department at UMass, Boston.
