About Johnny Giraldo:
Johnny Giraldo has been dancing for as long as he can remember and has been teaching Salsa locally in the Boston area and nationally since the year 1998. His dance career started with Colombian folk dance group BAJUCOL performing traditional dances from his native Colombia. In 2003, he founded Salsa y Control Dance Company alongside his wife and brother. With Salsa y Control, Johnny has has had the pleasure and privilege of teaching and performing at some of the most prestigious events and congress around the country in places such as Boston, New York, L.A, Miami, Texas, Utah, San Francisco, Washington, and many other major US cities, as well as in Mexico and Colombia. His passion for salsa is expressed equally through his performances, teachings, or while he’s social dancing. He believes strongly in connecting with the music and most importantly with your partner. The love for what he does and the experience he has obtained throughout the years has placed him as one of the top instructors/performers out of Boston.
