About Yoga for People Who Move:
Yoga for People Who Move is an asana flow class with meditative elements that restore active bodies and minds. If you consider yourself a human-in-motion, this class is for you! All bodies and experience levels are welcome; a beginner understanding of yoga is recommended. We will take a moment to center ourselves in brief meditation before beginning our physical practice. At the completion of savasana, a brief journal prompt will be offered for a final moment of communal mindfulness.
Currently, we do not have the resources to provide mats and props, so please bring your own in addition to a journal and pen!

 

About Kristin Wagner and The Click:

Kristin Wagner is a dancer, maker and educator based in the Greater Boston and Worcester areas. She is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a particular interest in teaching vinyasa asana and mindfulness for dancers and athletes. Learn more: www.bodiesmoving.com, Instagram: @bodies_moving.

The Click is an experiment in organization, connection, and collaboration among a group of like-minded creative spirits living, making, teaching, and studying in the Greater Boston area. We are a group of dancers whose primary medium of physical expression is through contemporary forms, but who dabble and play in many modes of creativity. Whether we spend our time sliding along the marley of a dance studio, weaving fibers, painting, or writing poetry, we are deeply invested in answering the questions: who am I and what I am doing here?
