Ann Brown Allen is an educator and performer.  She has been touring and teaching for jazz and modern companies for 40 years.  She currently performs with Peter DiMuro’s Public Displays of Motion. She recently retired from Boston University as an instructor of jazz, ballet and Pilates.

Ann sits on the boards of Mass Movement, the Freelance Players and the board of advocates of Urban Improv.  She serves as secretary of the board of The Dance Complex.
