Decades of experience performing, teaching and dancing Jazz, Ballet, Swing, and Argentine Tango.
Having taught Stretch class for decades, I’ve developed several slow flow stretch series that gets to all muscle groups. Students work it at whatever level they are at when they come to class. Everyone can increase their range of motion.
I am passionate about teaching this style because……I love Jazz!!!

What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching? Classic Jazz – combining strong technique, and a variety of Jazz styles – Blues, Latin, and Funk, among others. |

What can students expect from this class? There is a set warm up with 5 sections, across the floor work, and a choreographed combination. This class is challenging but fun for all levels- I can adjust the material for those with less as well as those with more experience. Always great music!!! |

What can students expect from this class? This class keeps moving! It starts at the barre, then center standing work, and finishes down on the mat-it’s easy to follow-but challenging to do! Fun music! Bring water. |
